CAD Studio takes over Varinex and extends its operations to Hungary

After the two CAM acquisitions in the year 2019, we continue expansion of CAD Studio's activities. We are now strengthening our international presence by taking over the business of Varinex, the largest hungarian Autodesk Gold Partner and the supplier of CAD, BIM and GIS solutions.

CAD Studio becomes a 100% owner of the company "Varinex - CAD Studio", the largest Autodesk partner on the Hungarian market, and reconfirms the position of the strongest Autodesk partner in the region, with a total of 120 employees, in 9 branches In Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, and with a combined turnover of 18.8 mil. EUR.

Thanks to our strong growth (+53% over the last 8 months of the financial year) and our membership in the strong IT group Aricoma Group, CAD Studio can expand to other markets.

At the same time, CAD Studio launches an extended Helpdesk portal where customers can not only communicate in English and Hungarian, but also manage their active licenses of Autodesk software.
