Xanadu+Dagis merge to CAD Studio

Two major Autodesk partners in the Czech Republic, XANADU and Dagis, today announced a merger of their CAD activities. The new company will be called CAD Studio a.s., and takes over all CAD and GIS activities of the companies Dagis and XANADU, becoming the largest specialised provider of CAD, GIS and PLM solutions in Central Europe. The legal merger will become effective as of 1 November, 2010.
